Motorsport Driver Performance Assessment: What to Measure Before Blaming the Driver
A motorsport driver performance assessment should separate driver-side signals from vehicle, setup, environmental, and evidence-quality confounders before deciding what deserves action next.
Why Generic Fitness Doesn’t Prepare Every Driver for the Car
Generic fitness scores do not automatically explain racing performance. Fortis separates physical capacity from vehicle, context, control, and track-transfer evidence.
Motorsport Strength and Conditioning Is Not Generic Fitness
Motorsport strength and conditioning should target a defined driver-side performance need, connect it to an expected track behavior, and face comparable retest evidence.
Why Drivers Lose Pace Late in a Session
Late-session pace loss can reflect driver fatigue, control drift, tire falloff, vehicle balance, session context, or their interaction. Fortis shows what to compare before deciding.
The Driver Is Not Always the Limiter: A Better Way to Diagnose Motorsport Performance Loss
A diagnostic framework for separating driver-side limitations, vehicle-side confounders, and driver–vehicle interaction before choosing the next motorsport performance intervention.
